Service Description

Thriveyy provides software that allows users to create, schedule and publish content across supported social media platforms.

User Responsibilities

You agree:

• To provide accurate information
• To maintain the security of your account
• Not to use Thriveyy for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent or harmful activity
• To comply with the rules of connected social media platforms

Connected Platforms

Thriveyy is not affiliated with LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, X or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated.

We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account restrictions, content removal or API changes.

Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.

Free trials may convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

Limitation of Liability

Thriveyy is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
